3. Products and Customisation
We offer custom-printed products, including clothing and accessories. Due to the personalised nature of our items, please ensure that all designs, names, images, and details submitted are correct. We do not accept liability for errors entered by the customer.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
Our standard production time is 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. While we aim to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.
6. Intellectual Property
By uploading any designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content. Snoozle UK Limited is not responsible for any copyright infringements caused by customer submissions.
We retain the right to use non-personalised versions of your design for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts personalised goods.
Eligibility for Returns

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. To request an exchange, please email us at hello@snoozle.uk with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original buyer.
